Maximum Dispersion: Maximum dispersion is obtainable by means of double bladed rotors and proper clearance and jacket construction which ensures effective cooling.
Easy Cleaning Of the Mixing Chambers: Tilting of mixing chamber enables complete interior inspection and easy cleaning. Hence colour changes can be done with ease.
Cooling Effects: In order to obtain constant cooling of the rotors and the main body, there is a provision for effective cooling through special type of jacketing arrangement and rotor construction to give optimum cooling effect.
Sampling: Sampling During Mixing can be done when pressure lid at upper position. This is not possible in ordinary enclosed type mixer.
Improved Wear Resistance: Special alloy for rotor contact surface has improved wear resistance. The dry type packing assures that the machine is not contaminated. Replacement and cleaning of packings are done in a simplified manner.
Gear Box: The Gears are 'Helical' made of alloy steel forgings and lapped to ensure sturdy and noiseless operations.
