With the blessing of St. Teja Singh Ji Maharaj, Shri Darshan Lal Arora, founder of the company started his career with very small amount and established cycle seat manufacturing unit under the name of Shabnam Cycle Industries since 1961. Due to his hard labour, sincerity, honesty he abled to maintain a brilliant business relation with India and out of India. Since 1978, he switched over his business into a merchant exporter under the name of Shabnam Industries. His first visit was in Sri Lanka where he visited Colombo and Jaffna village to village, introduced about ourselves as exporters of Bicycle Spare Parts, Auto Parts, Nuts & Bolts. With the encouragement of our enthusiastic buyers and hard labour of Sh. Darshan Lal Arora he added more market with more products. Now Shabnam Industries is exporting Industrial Projects, Machine Tools and Hand Tools etc. to Dubai, Kenya, Malawi (C.Africa), Mauritius, Sri Lanka, Tanzania, Uganda,  Zambia etc.
